Day 242 - Rude Much???

Today my boss was a total bitch to everyone that happened to be unfortunate enough to cross her path. That included several clients. I was cringing every time someone called with a question for her because she'd just snap the answers at them and hang up abruptly.

I think it's the height of unprofessional behaviour to take her frustration out on innocent people, especially considering the fact that if she'd not left everything to the last minute, she wouldn't have to run around like a crazy person trying to cram a year's worth of work into one day.
