Day 69 - Things I Hate

I think the number one on this list would have to be being treated like I'm a moron at work. I will have worked for my boss for ten years in May. I have been physically running the business for the last three years or so. Everything I do now, from dealing with clients to corporate tax returns, I have taught myself. I most certainly do not need someone asking me, did you do this? did you that? a hundred times a day.

Yes, I did. Chances are I had it finished before you even thought about it. Yes, I'm aware of what's coming up. I'm the one that reminds you, remember? In the time that it takes me to explain to you what I've done and what I'm going to do and where I'm at, I could have done six other things.

I think if I ever became a boss, I'd either hire competent people, or train them competently and then LEAVE THEM THE HELL ALONE TO DO THEIR JOBS.
