Soooo, I chatted with the pharmacist about my medications and the reaction I had and apparently, the new medicine I have for my blood pressure reacts badly with minerals... I took an iron pill before bed. Also, the stuff I'm taking for my chest infection reacts badly with aspirin based stuff. I had taken an Advil earlier in the evening because I had a migraine coming on. I'm betting if I go look up the ingredients to Advil, it's probably something aspirin related. SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH.

So, didn't do any huge walking today but I did toddle around the co-op for fifteen minutes so I'm still counting this day as a yes. Sue meh. Also, had to lie on the couch at work for about half an hour because I started feeling not at all good. I guess for tonight I'm going to have to skip taking my evening pills since I think they're the ones that are triggering the blood pressure stuff. And I still have my headache but I'll just have to deal. I don't want to risk taking anymore Advil.
