Day 162 - Client Meeting

wolfsbrideThis week has been dreadful. I've had a migraine since last Friday. All I really wanted to do was go home and curl up in bed, but I managed to hold myself together by sheer willpower and the meeting was mostly successful. The client was happy. I was happy.
My only complaint is that my boss seems incapable of explaining things in small words. Every time she butted into the conversation, the poor woman would get this glazed look in her eye and look over at me helplessly. Then I'd have to go - she means... and the client would go OHHHHHHHHHH! Okay!
Sigh. And this is from the woman that keeps babbling about how I need more practice meeting with clients. Yes, because YOU'RE doing such a swell job of it. Twat.
