Day 2 - The Day After
Jan. 2nd, 2011 03:41 pmHeh. Before I talk about today, I wanted to mention one thing. Out of curiosity I looked back to see what I had posted this time last year. Here's an excerpt
And so I've decided to allow myself some flexibility. I'll still attempt to write something daily, however, I'm giving myself permission to only need to post something at least once a month. In this way I hope to alleviate some of the panic and stress I got overwhelmed with when facing the daily posting deadline.
If things go well, I may change this to posting once a week. However, given the difficulty I have with putting words to paper in general, I think at this point and time, it's more important to become comfortable with writing itself rather than output.
We'll see how it goes.
Again I have to say HAHHAHAHHA!!! Yeah. That fell by the wayside pretty quickly. I clearly need to learn how to balance the every day minutia of life with the stuff I want to do.
Anyway, in keeping with the add a little exercise thing; I went for a walk this afternoon. Nothing big. Considering I'm trying to get over a chest infection, I doubt I could do something big. I plugged in my Ipod and walked for half an hour round trip. So fifteen one way and fifteen the way back.
It was my favourite kind of fall day, clear and crisp and cold. I made it there and back without keeling over so score one for the lungs. Whoo!
