Day 132 - Customer What???
May. 12th, 2010 03:06 pmSeveral days ago, my portable modem that I've had for a couple of years, went kerpluie. Yes, spell check, I KNOW it's not a word, but I'm going to use it anyway - shut up. Anyway, I called the store where I'd bought it because I had two questions. One, how much was a power cord - in case that was all the problem was and two, how much was the actual modem itself - in case it was more cost effective to replace the whole damn thing.

The story does have a happy ending though. When I got home, I phoned Rogers and they're going to ship me out another modem.
