Day 155 - I Have No Words

wolfsbrideOn May 21st, my boss mailed a couple of authorization forms to a client. She was supposed to sign them and mail them back to us in the addressed envelope - no stamp - provided.
On May 28th, the client emailed me to say she hadn't received them yet. I said, well, they were mailed over the long weekend, maybe they got held up. If you don't have them in another few days, let me know.
On June 1st, the client emailed me again to say she still hadn't received them, would I mind sending another set. I said sure, and the client was understandably concerned about where the originals might have gone to since they have her business and home information on them. I said, yeah it's really weird. I don't know what could have happened to them.
Guess what came in the mail today. The forms she'd mailed. SHE MAILED THEM TO THE CLIENT'S HUSBAND'S BROTHER. *headdesk* Yeah, we have two sets of clients that are brothers and she's FOREVER mixing them them up. It's especially embarrassing when she's talking to one brother and calls him by the other brother's name but this is beyond the pale.
