Day 29 - I Feel Good

Met with a client to go over their year end and I was able to explain things in a clear and concise manner and answer all their questions promptly using small words. So I was very pleased with myself.
Whereas every time my boss opened her mouth, the poor woman's eyes glazed over. I don't think my boss has learned the idea of focusing to the audience. Her explanations would have been appropriate for other bookkeepers or people in the finance industry. I guess she wanted to sound important. She just sounded confusing instead.
