AND NOW FOR THE EXPLANATIONS...
5. I don't think Harry would want to do any of those things by the time he was ready to choose a career. Being an Auror is too similar to his lifelong struggle with Voldemort. I don't believe he'd want to live through that every day as a job.
I think he'd be too world weary to become a star quidditch player. It'd put him too much in the limelight. I don't think he'd like that at all.
I think it'd be impossible for Harry to become a teacher of any sort. The kids would be too in awe of him and I don't think Harry could be ruthless like Snape and bring them to heel.
4. Out of all the Snape personalities, these are the only two that I really hate. It appalls me to read about Snape blubbering, sobbing, wailing and other such adjectives. Karaoke!Snape just bugs me because it's such a contrived persona.
And now I'm having this mental image of Karaoke Night at Deatheater Headquarters.
2 & 3. This really annoys me because it's basically saying looks are everything. It especially irks me when Harry doesn't fall in love with Snape until after he finds out that Snape's ugliness is a facade. How incredibly superficial.
1. I REALLY hate this because NO WAY in nine levels of Hell would Sirius throw Harry aside like that. He'd hire somebody to kill Snape before he'd turn his back on Harry. He'd rant and rave and froth at the mouth and stalk Snape and Harry to make sure Snape wasn't hurting him and probably whisk Harry away to St. Mungo's but he wouldn't cut Harry out of his life. If only for the reason that Remus would kick his ass and make him work it out.
