Day 243 - Are You There, Mr. Gates? It's Me Margaret.

Ever since we replaced our computers a couple years ago, the Vista operating system has been nothing but trouble. For awhile there, I just wanted to throw them all out the window because Vista didn't like anything we had or did. Finally, I managed a compromise where I turned off the auto updates and that seemed to resolve the issue with the programs in that they started working the way they were supposed to.

Though, maybe if Mr. Gates had to field angry phone calls himself, he might actually make a decent product.
