Day 124 - Another Day of Rest

Skipped out of work today as well. Had a doctor's appointment and then decided to just go home instead of going into work. Got a new setting for my CPAC machine. Apparently the technician was insane when she told me I should set it to 18. Which I haven't been able to sleep with all night. My new setting is 12. We'll see how it works.
